Capasso has practiced law since 1990, having served as Counsel and Legal Department Group Head for the Bank of New York (Delaware) and Assistant Counsel, Second Vice President for The Chase Manhattan Bank (USA) before joining the Lipman Law Firm in November, 1999. Ms. Capasso has been contracted as special counsel for the County of Cumberland since 2005. She currently specializes in administrative law and is solicitor for seven New Jersey public school districts as well as a Trustee for the Associate Membership Program for School Attorneys of the New Jersey School Board Association. Ms. Capasso has made numerous presentations on various legal topics for the Department of Educational Leadership and the Beginning Teachers Induction Center at Rowan University,the New Jersey Education Information and resource Center, and the National Business Institute. Ms. Capasso is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware, and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and Delaware as well as The Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Capasso recieved her Juris Doctorate at Widener University School of Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Harrington Inn of Phi Delta Phi. She recieved her Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honors, in English from Douglass College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
